WORK SUPERVISOR

- Assigning welders to tasks in accordance with their certification and admission;

- Daily submission of reports on work completed during the shift;

- Personal operational control of the quality of construction and installation works;

- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection rules during the performance of construction and installation works.

- Higher professional technical education;

- At least 3 years of experience in management positions in the field;

- Knowledge of the basic requirements for welded structures;

- Knowledge of internal labour standards for the types of work performed;

- Knowledge of the basics of production, labour and personnel management;

- Knowledge of the organisation and rules of welding and installation work;

- Understanding of the relationship between the contractor and customers and subcontractors;

- NAKS II level certification and VIK certification are welcome;

- Experience working on foreign projects is welcome;

- 2/1 shift work;

- Official employment;

- Paid travel to the place of work and for rest between shifts;

- Paid rest between shifts;

- Accommodation in a shift camp at the facility with developed infrastructure;

- Payment every 2 weeks without delay;
