CONSTRUCTON & INSTALLATION WORK FOREMAN (CIW FOREMAN)

- High-quality performance of welding and installation works on site in accordance with design and technical documentation and the work schedule;

- Timely preparation of work orders, including preliminary submission of requests for opening work orders;

- Personal operational control of the quality of construction and installation works;

- Secondary vocational education;

- At least 2 years of experience in management positions in the field;

- Knowledge of the basic requirements for welded structures;

- Knowledge of internal labour standards for the types of work performed;

- Knowledge of the basics of production, labour and personnel management;

- Knowledge of the organisation and rules of welding and installation work;

- Understanding of the relationship between the contractor and customers and subcontractors;

- Experience working on foreign projects is welcome;

- 2/1 shift work;

- Official employment;

- Paid travel to the place of work and for rest between shifts;

- Paid rest between shifts;

- Accommodation in a shift camp at the facility with developed infrastructure;

- Payments every 2 weeks without delay;

- Three meals a day in the canteen;
